Sun Region Representative’s Notebook
Each Chapter Representative to the Sun Region Board of Directors receives a notebook that contains all the forms and information necessary for them to perform their job.

The Representatives Notebook is frequently updated. The current sections of the notebook are available on this page in both MS Word and PDF formats.

Representatives are expected to have a current copy of the notebook with them at all Board of Directors meetings.

Chapter presidents are also urged to have their own copy of the Region Representative’s Notebook, as the answers to many questions about the chapter/region interface can be found in it
