Meetings:
We meet the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, January through October. During the months of November and December, we meet on the second Thursday only.
Day Group:
Meetings begin at 10:00 AM and are held at St. Hilary’s Episcopal Church, 5011 McGregor Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL 33901.
Night Group:
Meetings are from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Currently we alternate meeting at Ronald McDonald House, 16100 Roserush Ct., Ft. Myers, FL 33908 and at Wa Ke Hatchee Recreation Center, 16760 Bass Rd./16355 Summerlin Rd., Ft. Myers, FL 33908. Beginning with our November meeting, we will meet only at Wa Ke Hatchee Recreation Center.
Outreach:
Our current outreach programs include:
· Knitting caps for newborns at Gulf Coast Hospital
· Stitching bookmarks for the Literacy Program of Lee County Public Library
Stitching in Public:
We gather at the Edison & Ford Winter Estates on the last Saturday of every month to stitch in public.
